All theatre bookings can be made online through this website. Alternatively, tickets can also be purchased through the Ipswich Visitor and Tourist Information Centre, our ticketing agent, on 3281 0555 or in person at 14 Queen Victoria Parade, Ipswich. The Centre is open Mon-Fri 9 am – 5 pm and Sat-Sun 10 am – 4 pm.
Please note: There is a sloping entrance to the theatre. If you have concerns about accessing the theatre, email boxoffice@ilt.org.au.

Performance Times – All nighttime performances at ILT start at· 7:30 pm ·(Doors Closed & Curtain up)·
We ask that you arrive at the theatre no later than 7:00 pm to allow a 7:30 pm sharp starting time.
Matinee Performances – All matinees commence at 2.00 pm sharp. Again, we ask that you arrive at the theatre no later than 1.30 pm to ensure that you are seated in the theatre for a 2.00 pm sharp start time.
Patrons who arrive late (after the show has begun) will not be admitted to the auditorium until a suitable pause in the performance.
The Courtyard Bar is open an hour before each performance so you can enjoy a drink before the show. Service is also provided during interval.
